National Water Hygiene — the “Blue Card” — is required for anyone working on restricted operations with clean water. It’s a focused half-day session, and pairs naturally with SHEA Water in a single booking.

Can I do SHEA training online?
Yes — every SHEA course runs as a live e-classroom as well as face-to-face. E-classroom is a tutor-led online session (not self-paced e-learning), and it leads to exactly the same EUSR registration.
How long does my SHEA registration last?
Three years from the date of assessment. We run renewal courses so you can re-register before expiry, and if you need to add another sector in the meantime, our SHEA Conversion courses do it without repeating the full day.
What’s the difference between SHEA Core and the sector courses?
SHEA Core provides cross-utility site access awareness, while the sector courses — Power, Water, Gas, Telecomms and CCP — add the industry-specific modules for that particular network. The right one depends on what your client or site specifies; our team can advise.
