Meg is our dedicated and hard working account manager.

At Quinns Training Services (QTS), we’re proud of the passionate, hardworking team behind our award-winning Health & Safety training courses – and today, we’re shining the spotlight on one of our most valued team members… Megan Pippin, our fantastic Account Manager.
If you’ve ever emailed, called, or booked a course with QTS, chances are you’ve already spoken to Meg. She’s the friendly, efficient voice at the heart of our operations — and quite simply, QTS wouldn’t run the same without her.
Megan’s Journey at QTS
Meg has been part of the Quinns Training Services team for three years. She originally joined us as a Training Coordinator, where she quickly became known for her organisation, efficiency, and ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
Since then, her role has grown significantly. With increased responsibility and a wider scope of work, Meg now serves as our Account Manager, maintaining relationships with large utility and construction companies across Wales and beyond.
Her progression reflects exactly what we stand for at QTS – growth, development, and recognising talent within our team.
What’s Megan’s Favourite Thing About the Job?
When asked what she loves most about working at QTS, Meg says:
“The fact I can bring my dog into work! I love seeing my friends in the office every day. I enjoy challenging myself with tight timeframes and managing multiple tasks at once – but most importantly, I love maintaining relationships with our large utility and construction companies.”
At QTS, we believe a positive working environment leads to better service – and Meg certainly helps create that positive, welcoming atmosphere in our Cardiff HQ.

Meg is the first point of contact at Quinns Training Services. She:
- Answers all email enquiries
- Books delegates onto Health & Safety, First Aid, and Construction training courses
- Checks learners meet course requirements before attending
- Ensures delegates receive all necessary information before their training
- Allocates the correct certification to the correct delegates
- Monitors and fills open courses to maximise attendance
- Books specialist equipment for technical construction training
For our Construction training courses, such as:
- CAT & Genny Training
- Cable Laying Courses
- Winching & Mechanical Handling Training
- Utility and Street Works qualifications
Meg ensures all required equipment is booked and ready, so courses run smoothly and professionally.
She also supports our Needlestick & Sharps Awareness training, where she quite literally hides the “needles” during practical assessments at our Cardiff training centre — keeping delegates on their toes!
And if your company requests catering? Meg makes sure delegates are well-fed and watered, organising lunches so learners can focus on gaining their qualifications.
