At Quinns Training Services, we’ve always believed that creativity thrives when everyone gets the chance to be involved – and this year’s Christmas card has proven exactly that.
For 2025, instead of leaving the festive design to our marketing team as usual, we decided to open the floor to the whole business. After all, Quinns is at its best when our team collaborates, shares ideas, and brings their individual talents to the table. So why not let that same creativity shape the card that will be sent to our staff, partners, clients, and trainers this Christmas?
And the first to take on the challenge? Our very own Account Manager, Megan Pippin.
Megan was the first team member brave enough (and excited enough!) to put pen to paper under our brand-new Christmas card initiative – and we think she’s done an absolutely fantastic job.
Her design is not only beautifully festive, but it also perfectly ties in with our ongoing Pet Toy and Food Drive, which has a separate blog you can explore. The theme couldn’t be more fitting, especially considering how much animals are embedded into the culture and daily life here at Quinns.
A Workplace Where Pets Are Part of the Family
For anyone who knows us, it’s no surprise that our Christmas card has a four-legged twist. At Quinns Training Services, our love of animals is something we’re known for – and it’s something that genuinely shapes our work environment.
Every member of our team owns either a cat or a dog, and our Cardiff training centre has become warmly known as a pet-friendly workplace. A few years ago, we introduced a policy allowing staff to bring their furry companions into the office to support wellbeing, morale, and a healthy work–life balance. The result? A happier team, a friendlier atmosphere, and plenty of wagging tails around the office.
Creativity at Quinns: A Team Effort
Megan embodies the collaborative spirit that runs through Quinns. As our Account Manager, she looks after course bookings, supports clients, and ensures our learners have everything they need—but she also loves to get creative. So when the opportunity arose to design this year’s Christmas card, she jumped straight in.
Her design reflects everything we value: community, warmth, joy, and of course, our beloved pets. It’s a celebration of the culture we’re proud to nurture – one where everyone pitches in, everyone contributes, and everyone has a voice.
Looking Ahead With Festive Cheer
We’re thrilled to roll out this new initiative and even more excited to see how the team continues to contribute in the coming years. Whether it’s designing cards, supporting our charity drives, or helping to make our Cardiff centre a place where people and pets feel at home, we couldn’t be prouder of the inclusive and friendly workplace we’ve built together.
